It would be nice to have an area to go outside and sit, and there was a bit of dust in the corners. However, the service was welcoming and helpful; the staff was courteous and efficient. In terms of location, despite some cleanliness issues like crumbs and batter drippings in the waffle area, the hotel is very convenient and ideal for families and business people. The dining experience was considerably above expectations, offering excellent variety and quality. Parking was free and easy, and the hotel had facilities like dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, tours, and ticket assistance.
